12/31/2004: Service Record 5.4.6 released.

• Fixed a bug in the Backup process where some files would be missed on the Win9x platform. (This was actually a bug in the Zip component used by Service Record, not in Service Record itself.)
• Fixed a bug in the Restore process where it might show a blank user name.
• Fixed a bug where you sometimes would see "Index out of bounds" when deleting/hiding a study.
• Added the ability to use accented characters in the user names.
