10/10/2002: Service Record 5.0.2 released.

• Fixed a problem with the Chart or Review not updating when you clicked the “To” date up/down button.
• Added more information to the online help.
• When Service Record 5 starts it will show the Getting Started help topic if no users have been created.
• Some other minor changes.
