10/5/2002: Service Record 5.0.1 released.

• Fixed a problem where Service Record would print a blank page on some printer models when you tried to print the Service Report slip or Study Report slip.
• Fixed a problem where the Chart and Review would not immediately update after editing a day or transferring partial minutes from the previous month.
