8/31/2001: Master Converter 2.54 released.

• Fixed an issue where unchecking the "sort categories" option would prevent Master Converter from starting.
• Fixed a problem with some categories allowing custom units. Master Converter at this time does not allow custom units in categories which use non-linear conversions.

Note that this will probably be the final version released for the Win16 platform.
