4/14/1999: Master Converter 2.1 released.

• Added more units, including three new Radiation categories. There are now over 600 pre-defined units in 33 categories.
• Added the ability to convert fractions to decimal numbers.
• Fixed an inconsistency with the BTU/hour unit and the BTU/minute and BTU/second units.
• Fixed an error with the centimeter/day unit.
