10/13/2007: Master Converter 2.8 released.

• Updated the Help file so that it is compatible with Windows Vista.
• Configuration is now stored in the Registry instead of an INI file. For backwards compatibility, the INI file is read only when the Registry settings are not present. Once Master Converter saves the configuration in the Registry, it is used from that point on instead of the INI file.
• Added a multiline option to the category selection index tabs.
